Imaad Jakoet is a Senior Associate at Fairbridges Wertheim Becker, specialising in dispute resolution, administrative law, and local government litigation. His practice includes handling eviction proceedings under the PIE Act, with a focus on large-scale land occupations and invasions, as well as housing law and municipal by-law interpretation.
