Vyan Bhikha is an Associate in Fairbridges’ Cape Town office, admitted as an attorney in 2026. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and general litigation, with experience spanning debt collection matters, insolvency and liquidation proceedings, and arbitration proceedings. Vyan has acted in Magistrates’ Court proceedings from inception to conclusion, including urgent applications and action matters. He has assisted in major arbitration proceedings arising from sale and loan agreements and has represented clients in creditors’ meetings following liquidation.

His experience includes drafting pleadings in matters involving credit agreements, lease agreements, contracts of sale, and oral or tacit agreements.
