Expertise

Nadia Nassiep is an Associate in Fairbridges’ Cape Town office, admitted as an attorney in 2026. She practises within the Corporate Commercial and Intellectual Property team, advising on corporate transactions, intellectual property matters and regulatory compliance. Her experience includes legal research, drafting, client engagement and participation in complex commercial matters, including finance, mergers and acquisitions, employment law and competition law assignments completed during her articles.

Nadia has also contributed to legal publications and been involved in vacation work programme coordination. With a dual LLB and BCom (Law; Corporate Finance and Investments), she brings a commercially informed perspective to corporate law and dispute resolution matters in the South African context.

Nadia combines analytical precision with commercial awareness, drawing on her corporate finance background to provide practical and business-aligned legal advice. She approaches matters methodically, ensuring thorough research and carefully structured drafting.   • Advised on corporate commercial and intellectual property matters, including drafting agreements and conducting legal research.
  •  Assisted on finance and loan security matters and prepared merger advice memoranda in competition law contexts.
  • Drafted legal opinions and participated in mediation training to support dispute resolution processes.
  • Contributed to legal publications and assisted in coordinating the firm’s vacation work recruitment programme.
